The Spinstah tagged me for the musical meme that’s been making the rounds:
List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre,
whether they have words, or even if they’re not any good, but they must
be songs you’re really enjoying now. Then tag 7 other people to see
what they’re listening to.
Old 97′s: Coahuila
X: Year One
Johnny Cash: Big River
Neko Case: Deep Red Bells
The Decemberists: July, July!
Fountains of Wayne: Red Dragon Tattoo
The Knitters: I’ll Go Down Swinging
Well hmm, what does it all mean? Probably something like "it’s July, so I’m going to get loaded on tequila and finally get that tattoo" – but no, I don’t think any plans like that are in the works! No drinking, no tattoos, no fun at all, at least not until the end of next semester. After that, though – who knows!?
As for the tagging part – nah, not my way. But I’d really like to see what others are listening to, so if you decide to play along, please do leave a comment.

And for no other reason than the fact that the number in question is seven, and that’s what I was going on in this picture, I thought I’d post my very first short haircut ever:
Yeah, I’m a little taller, got a few wrinkles, and I’m not missing two upper teeth anymore, but other than that not much has changed.

Oh, that picture made me squeal! And I understand the childhood similarity thing – after I got my current bob-n-bangs haircut, I realized I looked pretty much like my first grade school photo.

I need to find some of my childhood photos….
Tracey and I used to have really long hair, till she got tired of brushing it. Then she chopped it all off. Then we got mistaken for twin little boys all the time.

embarrassing but true–i am currently obsessed with the pussycat dolls song “dontcha”. and shakira’s “hips don’t lie.” honestly, my usual taste in music does not include boobilicious pop stars, but i can’t help myself.
